With 30 years in civil construction, David has brought his strong expertise in engineering, project management and contract administration to numerous city-shaping projects. This has the successful delivery of the Barton Highway bridge replacement, Cotter Road duplication, Acton Waterfront transformation and sports hub upgrades in Woden and Lyneham Park. David specialises in major civil infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges.
With over 25 years’ experience in civil and industrial projects across Australia and overseas, David offers expertise in project planning, contract administration and risk mitigation – particularly in complex regulatory and contractual environments. He has played a key role in delivering major Canberra projects, such as the Belconnen Trunk Sewer upgrades, Googong Water Recycling Plant and Berellan Sewage Treatment Plant. David is a strategic thinker who is passionate about helping clients improve processes and manage change.
Danie brings extensive experience in highways, roads, infrastructure, and bridges across design, construction, and operations. His background spans senior project management, design engineering, and resident engineering on diverse infrastructure projects. With local and international experience, Danie works proficiently with government clients using various contract models and maintains current knowledge of TfNSW, MITS and Icon Water specifications.
Dale joined BMCA in 2022, bringing over 25 years of engineering and management experience, including 15 years as Senior Project Engineer at Icon Water. His expertise spans potable and wastewater treatment, networks, and storage. Known as Icon Water’s “Mr. Fixit” in Canberra, Dale’s connections and collaborative approach prevent project delays and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Dinal is an experienced civil engineer with proven capabilities in site surveillance, contract administration, and project engineering, excelling in regulatory compliance and safety performance. Having overseen over 50 projects in Canberra, he demonstrates expertise in program management, OHS controls, and subcontractor agreements. His procurement and contract management skills make him highly sought-after for asset management and grant applications.
Tom holds a Masters qualification in structural engineering with specialisation in reinforced concrete, pre-cast construction, and civil engineering. He brings natural project management capabilities with exceptional skills in project execution planning, risk management, contract administration, and project controls. Personally committed to safety excellence, Tom consistently elevates project safety standards through behavioural-based safety practices.
Gabriel is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in building and civil construction across Australia and Latin America as contractor, consultant, and business owner. His project delivery experience encompasses structural packages for commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments through design, construction, and commissioning. Gabriel excels in team management, contract administration, WHS/QA compliance, and client relationship management.
