BMCA’s professional team hold extensive industry qualifications, underpinning our ISO 9001 quality assurance status. BMCA is a member of Consult Australia and the Master Builders of the ACT, and are pre-qualified for Government tenders in our area of competence (ACT categories CE, CLA, C-CA). Our key staff have completed a Workplace Health and Safety Certificate 4, and also Contract Administration GC21 Masterclass training.

Residential land development by Government or private developers responds to the needs of a growing population by facilitating the creation of additional dwellings, through the transformation of under-utilised land or sites, creating places of living, working and social interaction.
Strong and growing relations with key government and private developers in Canberra as well as years of experience of engagement with regulatory bodies, design engineers and construction contractors underpin BMCA’s credentials to undertake project management, construction administration and site surveillance on behalf of clients, achieving quality execution and successful outcomes.
Our team have been involved in significant Canberra Land Development projects at Casey, Forde, and Moncrieff East estates.

Whether enhancing and maintaining existing facilities or creating landscapes anew, BMCA’s specialist experience and knowledge ensures that installations meet the intent of the public realm architects in all areas including faithful interpretation of aesthetics, construction quality and maintainability.


Our specialists have been involved in the supervision of a number of iconic Canberra Public Realm projects including landscaping at the National Arboretum, National Museum, Old Parliament House and War Memorial and public precinct improvements at Childers Street and Gungahlin.
