BMCA led a joint team to provide project assurance planning, contract administration and surveillance for a $28 million project to reshape the Acton Waterfront.

Commencing in mid-2020, the complex project comprised boardwalk construction, significant land reclamation, demolition, lighting and stormwater management.

Our team’s meticulous approach and expertise in planning, contract oversight and on-site surveillance ensured the major engineering feat was delivered with quality and efficiency.

Completed by mid-2022, the revitalised waterfront is now an important lakeside destination, a testament to BMCA’s work in ensuring the successful realisation of the City Renewal Authority’s vision.
