BMCA supported AECOM in providing construction phase services to the Suburban Land Agency for the Whitlam development, a multi-stage residential subdivision in the Molonglo Valley.
The $70 million project involved civil and landscape works, construction of collector and local access roads and extensive block servicing, including sewer, water, stormwater, gas, electricity, street lighting, and telecommunications.
BMCA’s key responsibilities included contract administration, stakeholder engagement and coordinating acceptance inspections and handovers, ensuring a seamless process from construction to completion.
The successful coordination and project controls activities contributed to the timely and efficient delivery of this major development, which is set to provide quality housing in the rapidly growing Molonglo Valley.
